Evie is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner who will share with us beginning tips and applicable information to help you start or continue your progress on your wellness journey. Dr. Anne Stachowicz is a urogynecologist specializing in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. She will teach us about urogynecology, as well as information about the pelvic floor, its disorders, and what we can do about it. If you've experienced incontinence, overactive bladder, or pelvic floor discomfort you don't want to miss this!

Stephanie is a licensed clinical counselor and owner of Kelp Counseling and Consulting. She will be speaking about responding versus reacting. The ways to tune into your thoughts and feelings, bring yourself back into thinking brain from feeling brain, and respond more effectively.
